Alien In Ice

Bizarrely shaped ice emerges against a soft pink sky in King Oscar Fjord, Greenland. The circular burrows were created when the iceberg was rotated backward 90 degrees, so they eyes pointed up; the dark rocks in the centre will then gradually heat up rather than reflect light, and gently melt the ice around. At some point the iceberg will become unstable for other melting reasons, and flip round, creating this unusual scene. Obviously this is inverted, with sky at bottom and water at top. (pro-tip: hold your DSLR upside-down, it makes it really hard to use)
